Evergreen Homes and Construction is a tradename of Northern Sustainable Development Ltd. Founded by owners Joe Glynn and David Couke, with the intention of building a company that could deliver well designed, quality built green homes in Whitehorse and throughout the Yukon.

Since the beginning of Evergreen Homes in 2009, the company has experienced tremendous growth, having built over 400 homes to date. Along the way, Evergreen Homes has established itself and became recognized as the premier new home builder in Whitehorse.
